What to expect next
Registration and initial assessment
This will tell us what help you require and what support you could benefit from.
Understanding your options
Some tasks might be straight-forward, eg. helping you to complete an application form. If it's not so straight-forward, we'll help you to understand your options.
Supporting you in your decisions
You will decide what kind of support you'd like to access (eg. from the list above). We can't tell you what to do, but will support you in your decisions if we can.
On-going support
We may have several meetings where we help you complete certain tasks. We might also agree that you (or your Support Coordinator) will complete tasks outside of those meetings.
Interim and evaluation assesments
We will do other short assessments to understand how our support has helped you and how it can improve.
