  • Learn new skills
  • Practise your English
  • Make good use of your time
The Good Gym is a group of local residents who run, walk, or cycle to help out community projects and older people in Luton. From hanging curtains for an elderly person because he can't manage it on his own, to shovelling a tonnes of compost for the community gardens so they can grow vegetables - every GoodGym session is different.
