We usually ask for this information to make sure we are treating people fairly, and to understand which groups of people we work with. Sometimes the people who fund our work require this information, which we provide anonymously.

How we use it

People from The Courtney Foundation can see your information so we can offer services and support. Sometimes information is shared with other organisations to keep you or someone else safe. Sometimes we share anonymised information to show our work to funders and supporters.
